Length and Appearance: This 3.5-foot (approx. 107cm) ivy garland features a series of interconnected green leaves on a flexible plastic chain. The vine can be hung vertically as a trailing piece or draped horizontally across shelves. A small decorative basket is included (approx. 10cm wide) where the vine appears to spill out – the basket has a simple loop for hanging.
Usage Ideas: Ideal for adding greenery to bookshelves, mantelpieces, or as a hanging piece near a window. The ivy chain is flexible enough to wrap around banisters or curtain rods. Because the vine is artificial, it will not damage painted surfaces with moisture or sap. The basket adds a cottage-style touch; you may also remove the vine and use it separately if desired.
Outdoor Suitability: The vine can be placed in a sheltered outdoor location, such as a covered patio. However, the basket is not waterproof – prolonged rain may cause the fibre materials to degrade. We suggest bringing the entire unit indoors during wet seasons. The plastic leaves are UV-resistant to a degree but will eventually fade after many months of direct sunlight; occasional exposure is fine.
Assembly and Maintenance: The vine comes pre-attached to the basket but can be detached by cutting the securing tie (non-returnable after detachment). To clean the leaves, wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not soak the basket. For indoor use, periodic dusting with a soft brush is sufficient. This product does not require any assembly tools. The vine is not intended to support significant weight; do not hang additional items from it.
